I have lost my PAN card along with PHOTOS .There is a chance of misusing it by the founder . So i want to cancel my existing PAN and want a new PAN with another number with the same details . (simply change of PAN number). what to do ? please help me.

PLEASE FILE FIR NEAREST POLICE STATION...OBTAIN COPY OF FIR...APPLY NEW PAN CORRECTION FORM WITH NSDL WITH SAME PAN...IF U WANNA ANOTHER PAN NO THEN PLEASE SURRENDER OLD PAN NO TO AO...THEN APPLY FOR NEW PAN IN FORM NO 49A
