I applied for correction of my date of birth on PAN card. On the online application I entered my name with my Initials expanded ie Anu Manjachirayil Thankachan( my name as per record is ANU M.T) On the online application initials is not allowable. Becuse of this I got a error message and informed to summit documents to verify the name Anu Manjachirayil Thankachan. Can you help me to provide necessary steps to resolve this problem.
