thanks sir what are all the procedures sir what documents they need to produce.is there any new procedure to US citizens if they are green card holder

Documents to be submitted for Foreign Citizen located in India at the time of application for PAN :-
1) Proof of Identity:- Copy of Passport or Copy of Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card issued by Government of India or Copy of Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card issued by Government of India
2) Proof of Address:- a) Passport b) Copy of Bank account statement in India c) Copy of Residential permit issued by the State Police Authorities d) Copy of Registration certificate issued by the Foreigner's Registration Officer e) Copy of Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card issued by Government of India f) Copy of NRE bank account statement g) Copy of Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card issued by Government of India
