Paid up capital vs subscribed capital

This query is : Resolved

23 December 2014 in a private ltd company authorised capital is 20000 shares of rs.10 each

on registration subscribers subscribed to MOA 20000 shares of 10 each

but by the year end 31 st march shareholders subscribed and paid up 10000 shares of rs.10

so balance sheet is made and filed with roc with paidup capital of 10000 shares of rs.10 each

in the second year 5000 shares are allotted to diffferent shareholder

in the second year end balance sheet is made and filed to roc as 15000 shares of rs.10 each

in mca masterdata is showing as paidup capital is rs.150000

what to do now?

23 December 2014 There seems to be an error. Once authorized capital has been fully subscribed to in the first year, how were 5000 shares allotted to different shareholder in second year?

23 December 2014 without aware of original shares subscribed, form 2 is filed as subscribed and paid up capital as rs.150000 after allotment

23 December 2014 You will need to file revised Form 2 (with the correct figures) alongwith attaching a letter therein stating the reasons for correction and the mistakes in the previous form. Also, approach your ROC and file the same letter asking him to nullify the effects of the previously filed Form 2.

24 December 2014 what about the balance sheets filed thro' 23 AC ACA for first year and second year?

24 December 2014 and also actual subscribed and paid up at the end of first year is rs.1 lac and at the end of 2nd year is rs.1.5 lac .. what to do ?
