17 October 2014 I am CA(FINAL) student residing in Singapore with my husband and kids. I cleared my 1st group but my 2nd group is not cleared. I appeared 4 times in 2nd group but unable to clear the 2nd group. I am skipping Nov 14 Exam as it is not possible for me travel to India with my small kids. I am totally disappointed regarding my carrier. It seems I will not be able to fulfill my dream of becoming CA. I want to enquire whether ICAI has any plan of opening exam centre in Singapore as it has overseas exam centre in certain countries.
