OTP not received on mail

27 July 2020 I think OTP to file the return is given on mobile no as well as email id. But i am not receiving otp on mail..what is the reason behind it?

28 July 2020 There must be some sort of a technical issue on the portal.
I have also experienced such issue but is was opposite
