I filed a return within due date along with self assessment tax u/s 139(1). Later I have received an intimation u/s 143(1) from dept,not considering self assessment tax paid by me.
again I filed rectification request to consider my self assessment tax.Again an order u/s 154 received from dept not considering the tax paid by me.
I have verified tax challan no,bse code and all that in the return filed.every thing is correct and the same thing appearing in form 26 AS.
Please guide me the procedure or next step to be taken by me,to consider the tax paid.
Kindly file once again the rectification u/s 154 to the Income Tax Department.There may be chance while you filing the rectification, the self assessment tax paid may not not be reflecting in form 26 AS and at now it may be reflecting in Form 26 AS.
