We have attended a case in front of Commissioner of excise. But after 30 days attending the case we do not have received any judement on this case. Can anyone please specify how much time he can take for passing an order? or we need to check with excise officials.

You may write in that regard using speed post. At times inordinate delays have been observed. At times due to a decision relied on by you being in appeal the same maybe kept in call book.[ pending the decision]
