you can get HRA exemption. conveyance allowance 800 p.m medical reimbursement 15000 p.a. children education allowance 200 p.m other exempt allowances which are based on your posting and if your employer agree then you can get reimbursement of telephone, petrol etc. But then it will not be included in your salary slip. So you can get problem while change of job to prove salary
