29 September 2011 Hello.....My two friends are planning to start up their new business wherein they will look after small works like maintenance of accounts and filing of returns etc.Both of them are not chartered accountant.

Please tell me whether they can write the word 'Associates' after their name like A B & Associates..????Please reply ASAP.Its Urgent.

30 September 2011 ICAI not allowed practice as CA to any person who is not CA.
CA firm should be register with ICAI. non CA can not register firm.

01 October 2011 sorry sir u r not getting my point.persons would not do any attestation work.their work would be simply to maintain the accounts and return filing...so what would be the case....
