07 February 2011 I want to open a new International call centre in Noida. Please provide me with the details of registrations required according to different laws or in different departments.

All information regarding the legal compliances.

09 February 2011 There are lot of procedural registrations requirement depending on the structure of organisation chosen by you.

Also PF, ESI and labour laws registration, service tax registration , PAN , TAN and various other registrations need to be taken before embarking into any venture.
