24 September 2012 i have tried to do online form fillup for professional program but the web site is either very slow and unlocking it after unsuccesful transaction is time consuming.
is the same problem face by every one

24 September 2012 Yes, its taking so much time to open. Eventhough at final it opens after a long time but not properly opens. Since 4 days i am observing this same problem.

25 September 2012 IF u are not able to apply because ur id is locked then send mail to enroll @ icsi.edu

They will solve the issue..
