Can we file online application for change in address change to CPC, Bangluru? If yes than How and from where? Please provide appropriate direction.

I am talking about address change application for getting refund from income tax department which was returned due to wrong address or dur to house was locked. In short address change application to assessing officer omlime to CPC, Bangluru..

Ok thanks for that but it is helpful only if we had filled return online for that assessment year. What if we had filled return manually?
