i have completed one year of b.com and then i took transfer to another state so there is drop of one year in b.com.now i want to complete my b.com only in one sitting. please advice me on the same and if possible please provide me the name of the university or college that allows to do the same. and also advise me if it is compulsory to be a graduate to give ca final exams. at present i am in ca final.
