Hello one of my client (Registered in GST) is going to purchase old machinery from supplier which is not reg under GST .and total amount is more than 1 lakh let me know GST implications..... Secondly URD is selling used fixed asset i.e. Machine and his business is not to deal in machinery so what documentary evidence can be produced by seller to buyer for such sale of old used Machine so buyer and seller dont required to face problem during transportation in concern with GST as well as W-way Bill requirement..
