05 July 2008 i am working in a glass manufacturing co. which is Maharashtra Mumbai i want to know that octroi should be charged before MVAT or after MVAT ? i am waiting for your reply

17 September 2008 You have not mentioned the name of your state. You may refer definition of 'sale price' in your state vat act.
