Main object clause of logistics and warehousing company:
To operate clearing forwarding and warehousing agency for goods imported into India or for goods exported outside India and carry on business of logistic organizers, conductors and implementers for shipment, movement, transfer and transshipment of goods imported into India, for goods exported outside India, and for movements of goods within India and out of India and to carry on the business of transportation, as principle agent, subcontractor, broker at home and overseas, customs clearing agents, carriage by sea, land or air, carriage and chartering agents, cargo superintendents, packers, hauliers, warehousemen and to provide services of every kind to undertake every kind of operation in connection with the transportation, import, export, packing, warehousing and handling of goods by air, sea or land.

Object Clause of the Company engaged in Commodities Trading
1. To carry on business of commodity by way of (including commodity derivatives) broking, trading and hedging.
2. To carry on business as brokers and traders in all commodities and commodity derivatives, and to act as market makers, finance brokers, underwriters, sub-underwriters, providers of service for commodity related activities.
3. To buy, sell take hold deal in, convert, modify, add value, transfer or otherwise dispose of commodities and commodity derivatives, and to carry on the above business in India and abroad
4. To do the business of commodity warhousing, processing and consumption.
5. To apply for and obtain registration as commodities Broker or members of any commodities exchange anywhere in India or abroad.

Thx Mitesh but I think i hve quoted the wrong words, actully i want the object clause of the company engaged in trading of all types of commodities/goods like all food grains, dals, pulses etc. So kindly provide me the objects of the same.

1. To sell, import, export, improve, prepare, manufacture, produce, grow and deal whether as wholesalers or retailers or as principals or agents to carry on the business of canners, preserves, growers and dealers in fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, flowers, drinks, fluids, and such other fresh and preservable food products of all types and trade in jams, jellies, pickles, cider, chutney, vinegars, ketchups, juices, squashes, syrups, drinks, beverages, gellatines, essence, sausages and such other eatables of all types.
2. To export, import, plant, grow, cultivate, produce, trade and deal in food products, agricultural produce, cotton, oil seeds, cereals and grass, and to carry on the business of planters, cultivators, buyers of every kind of agricultural, vegetable, mineral or other produce of the soil, to prepare, manufacture and render marketable any such produce and to sell, dispose of and deal in any such produce either in its prepared, manufactured or raw state and either wholesale or retail in India or abroad.

1. To carry on the business of general importers and exporters, general merchant, hire-purchase dealers, commission agents, manufacturers' agents and representatives, manufactures, processors and distributors of and dealers in commodities, articles, products and merchanise of all kinds in a manufactures, semi-manufactures or raw state and to buy and sell, barter, exchange or otherwise deal in the same.
2. To transact every kinds of agency business and generally to carry on business as Sole or Sub-agents, Distributors, Attorneys or Representatives of any company, firm or person whosesover situated, carrying on or engaged in the commodities business, manufacturing distributing or otherwise in merchandise of all kinds.
3. To carry on any other business whether manufacturing or otherwise which may seem to the Company capable of being conveniently carried on in conncetion with any of the above business or objects or calculated directly to enhance the value of or render profitable any of the Company's property or rights for the time being.
