Kindly help me through your valueable feedback/opinion on the following issue:

A Company which is going to be converted into a limited company from a private limited company is looking to pursue other objects apart from existing objects as specified in the existing object clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company. Kindly suggesst whether the new objects would be shown under other objects or ancillary objects or for that matter main objects

19 November 2014 Matters which are necessary for furtherance of the objects specified in Clause
3(a)i.e. The Objects to be pursued by the Company on its incorporation

19 November 2014 I simply want to know that apart from main objects if company enters into other lines of business which is not related to main objects how these new objects will be shown in memorandum under which object clause main, others or ancillary objects


19 November 2014 As per Companies Act, 2013 object clause of MOA consist
1. The Objects to be pursued by the Company on its incorporation &

2. matters considered necessary in furtherance of object specified in 1 above

In your case, new object should be shown under point 2above
