27 April 2009 IN your query it has to be clarified first that what kind of income the director is supposed to get here in India. for example salary income or director fees divident income. The opinion may be different in differant situations. Suppose the director gets the director sitting fees only which is lower then the threshhold limit for filing of Income tax return in india, there is no need to file a return. thus there may e various situation specific replies to this query. Please explain the facts further.
