new company bill is applicable for May 2014 examination or not.whether ICAI has issued any notification after withdrawal of earlier notification And whether tax audit date is going to extend by 30/9/13

You will wait for further notification from Institute for applicability of New CA, 2013.

I am sure it will be applicable for May, 2014 attempt.

I am also of the opinion that new act will be applicable for May 2014 attempt.

At least a portion of new act will surely be applicable.
