In respect of works contract services there is no abatement notification. Either pay 10.30% (12.63%) or 4% (4.80%) under composition.However first time by amending Rule 2B of valuation rules, abatement provisions has been inserted in respect of Works Contract Services. Check your valuation method accordingly.
