Can any one tell me, the Service Notification No.8/2005 whether inforce or not. If it is in force what is the documentation proceedure for not to charge the service tax by our fabricator/JOb worker for excisable goods.
May be a letter from the client that the the goods shall be used in or in relation to manufacture of goods .. .. .. on which appropriate duty of excise is payable.

ageed with experts. In our comapny , same case. You have to ask jobwork that He should mentioned on each bill as a remark regarding such notificaton .
