I would like to inform you that I am working which company these are three directors. Let me know company paid directors remuneration so what is libel for Service Tax deposit?

04 October 2012 ST is payable on sitting fees and other expenses paid to director.ST on remuneration is payable only in case of part time directors not in WTD , MD or ED as they are considered as employee of the company
