HI FRIENDS
I RECEIVED NOTICE DEMANDING OUTSTANDING BALANCE ALONG WITH INTEREST U/S 220(2)ON ACCOUNT OF NON CONSIDERATION OF TDS AMOUNT BY INCOME TAX DEPT BUT SAME WAS REFLECTING IN FORM 16 ISSUED BY EMPLOYER. I WAS REPLY THEM THE ACTUAL POSITION AND PROVIDE THE THE COPY OF FORM NO 16.
MY QUESTION TO ALL OF YOU IS THAT WHETHER SUCH REPLY IS SUFFICIENT FOR SUCH NOTICE.
