Dear Frnd.
my client received notice u/s 139A(5) &272B for high value transactions in f.y 2011-12. but my client received such money from sale of agriculture land in rural area and such amount deposit in bank. so sale of agriculture land in rural area is exempt from income tax. so what reply required to do to department plz suggest

A reply with the above contents and reasons and documentary evidence like photo copy of the Sale Deed, will be sufficient.
