27 October 2009 what is the difference between Under Certificate of Posting (UCP) and normal Speed Post/Registered Post?

27 October 2009 Under certifcate of posting has same value as that of RPAD. You should have the acknoledgement from the post office with 3Rs. stamp pasted.

A unique identification number for every article or Proof of posting is available only when an article is presented at a post office counter and accompanied by a Registered Post lodgement form (required for all enquiries or claims)and
A signature obtained on delivery from receipent.

A document given to a customer by the post office as proof that a letter or package has been posted.
