hello. i want to know about the notice of egm. in books actually only notice of agm is given. and if in exams notice of egm comes then how will i be able to do it ?
i also want to ask about the legal deeds. how should we attempt paper in examination of legal deeds? how the question is checked.? is it necessar to remember as it is law language ?

The Boards proposal for resolution regarding the Amendment in, Clause V of the Memorandum of Association of the Company to incorporate the increase in Authorized Share Capital, as proposed above, by substitution of the figures and words "The Authorized Share Capital of the Company is Rs 2,00,00,000 (Rupees Two Crores) divided into 20,00,000 (Twenty Lacs) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/-(Rupees Ten only) each.
