20 August 2014 Are we required to give notice of AGM to Auditor who have resigned from his office.

In this case auditor resign from his office and we are holding EGM for appointment of another auditor only.

20 August 2014 You are not required to give Notice of this EGM to the auditor who has already resigned. Currently there is no auditor in the office.
