Whether 21 clear days notice is counted from the date of service of the notice or from the date of notice?
If notice is sent through courier, will it be valid?
If the draft notice is approved by the Board on 25th August,2011 to hold the AGM on 28th Sept.,2011, is it necessary that the date of the notice should also be the same date or it can be from a subsequent date say 1st August,2012?
