One of my clients has received notice from the MSE council for delayed payment to one of its suppliers. The supplier has lodged a complaint on the MSME samadhaan portal.

the payments to MSME has to be done with 45 days or we have to pay interest on supplier invoice , so you address a letter to Director Small and medium industries with your self explanation and reason for delayed payment , you can very well say due to pandemic and non receipt of payment form prinicpal , we have delayed the payment . So draft a letter and uploaded MSME udayan and copy to local office of diretor of Small and medium industries .

1. Sir, I have to send the letter via post because there is no such official email id available? 2. If we send the letter via post, how can we ensure that the letter has been received by the concerned department? 3. Whether the letter should be submitted to the department by hand delivery? 4. What do you mean by uploaded MSME Udayan?

You can personally hand over the letter in department in the tapals and also uploaded MSME udayan is the portal ,i think . If you want any help , u can directly mail me . we will draft the copy of letter .
