Not yet received intimation u/s 143(1)

14 November 2013 Dear Expert,

I had filed online revised income tax return (ITR-4S) on 30/07/13 but i have not yet received intimation under sec. 143(1) without that i cant get my refund amount of rs.50,000/-

I need the funds on urgent basis, is there any way to make an request for IT refund???
