24 January 2015 Dear Sir,

My friend had on line filed his return for the A.Y. 2013-14 on 20/09/2013. due to illness and hospitalized, I could not sent the ITR V to cpc. Is there any penalty? what should I do now? Shall I sent it now ? kind tell me the solution.
