Sir, a company directors not yet received DIN and which company not filled its annual reports and and other statutory returns. Now the company wants to file DIN registration. Is it possible? what is the consequencies will affect, if the directors of the company not obtained there DIN within the prescribed time limit?

First of all register all the directors by filling form DIN 1 and send the documents alongwith provisional registration to MCA. After confirmation fill up FOrm DIN2 and hand it over to the company. The company will then fill up DIN 3 and file to the MCA. In th mean time also obtain Digital Signture of at least one Director.
