I registered under a Chartered Accountant whose capacity to train article was over and my registration under him was rejected by ICAI. Now I will have to register under another CA but I have some queries: 1.Will my earlier period be consider or I will have to serve for 3 years now on? 2.I am being asked to pay condonation fees, which is for delay, but I had submitted the form in time earlier which was rejected. Anyone please guide.

Your earlier period may not considered for articleship as you have not done articleship under eligible member to train article
2)why they asked u to pay condonation fee,..reason may mention in letter
follow as suggested by icai
join with eligible member asap..if possible better join in a firm in which u have done articles but under other member who is having eligibility to train you

First of all it was your mistake that you have not checked with the CA whether he is able to take any further articles or not. Since the mistake is on both the ends you register your articleship with any other CA and if you do not pay condonation fee then your articles will be treated as fresh otherwise your period which you have already served will be counted.
