What is the Format for filing the tax audit report of a Non profit Organisation?

*Note: Other than Form 10B(Auditors Report)

24 August 2013 In income tax, there is no concept of Non Profit Organisation.

we have to look at which section the NPO is registered and go for audit report prescribed under that section.

so specify the section in which your NPO is registered.

If it is not registered under any of the section, go for 3CB/3CD as the case may be


24 August 2013 1)All tax audit reports are required to file online

"Provided that where an assessee is required to furnish a report of audit specified under sub-clauses (iv), (v), (vi) or (via) of clause (23C) of section 10, section 10A, clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 12A, section 44AB, section 80-IA, section 80-IB, section 80-IC, section 80-ID, section 80JJAA, section 80LA, section 92E or section 115JB of the Act, he shall furnish the same electronically.";
