Non filling of i. t. returns

11 February 2013 I had colsed my business in 2007 & afterthat I had no source of income. so i did not filed my I. T. Return from F.Y.2007-08. Now I.T. Dept. given notice regarding non filling of I.T.Returns. What can I do ?
