Non deduction tax

11 April 2012 dear sir,
as per union Budget 2012 that in case of payee as been paid tax and filed return u/s 139 than payer need not require to deduct tax at source.
please tell me that what type of document to be obtain form payee by the payer so it will not come in definition of Assesse in default u/s 201 of the income tax act, 1961

02 June 2012 the bill says that the deductee needs to furnish a report in prescribled form certified by CA.. but no such form prescribed yet so as of now you should take the ITR acknowldgement and it's computation,
