Non deduction of tds from employer

12 September 2013 If i submit declaration to my employer that my annual income is below taxable slab rate and he should not deduct TDS from my salary?

is it right or not ?

or is there any obligation to deduct tds even if declaration is provided ?

12 September 2013 declaration requires every year for advance tax deduction.
yes you have to submit declaration to your employer from that they will decide not to deduct tds or if yes how much.

you have to submit proof as per your declaration within prescribe time limit otherwise company will deduct tax itself.
