Non deduction of tds

07 December 2012 Experts,

I am individual receving income as a professional fees after deducting TDS u/s 194J, but my total annual income is below the statutory limit. I wanna know whether is there any provison in Income Tax Act by which I can received my fees without deducting TDS.

Pls reply it's urgent

You have to apply for No TDS deduction certificate u/s 197
