No balance sheet filled for last 2 years

11 October 2014 I am working in a private limited company having a turnover of less then 1cr. No Auditor has been appointed nor any balance sheet has been filled. So now what should be done.

11 October 2014 make backdated appointments and file the documents with ROC under CLSS immediately. last date for CLSS is 15 October 2014.

11 October 2014 I would suggest you to get in touch with a professional firm. They will handle all your compliances including backlog.

In your case various documents will be prepared in back date to regularize compliance.
