Nil tds return

04 October 2013 i have faced a problem while generating nil tds return.
error was to specify the detail of deductee.
can anyone plz tell me how to remove this error.
it's urgent please reply....

17 October 2013 As per the CBDT instruction we cannot file the TDS nil return and that is not mandatory also

17 October 2013 Tax Deductor are not required to file NIL Tds return.
