But here it is a pvt.ltd. Company and we have can show B/S for nil assets and nil libilities like :

Liabilities :

Share Capital : RS. 100000

Assets :

Profit & Loss a/c (Debit balance) : Rs. 100000

Now, Can it represent Nil Assets and Nil Libilities.
