A Society is Registered U/S 12AA & eligible for allowing all of its doners a deduction Certificate U/S 80G of Income tax Act 1961
Now, the Society is liable to submit its ITR - The Questionis where to submit the ITR is it to the IT Word which was alloted to it when its PAN was initially alloted to it or to the Office of the Director of Exemption wherefrom the Exemption Registration of it was made.
or to the both of the Offices of Income Tax Department.

28 December 2011 The TDS return is to be filed with E-Filing administrator ie DGIT (Systems) as per section 206 of the IT act. You can file it thro a TIN-FC also.The ITO having jurisdiction over the society has nothing to do with the matter.

28 December 2011 Dear Sivadas the query is regarding filing of INCOME TAX RETURN and not TDS RETURN.

The Income Tax return is to be filed with the jurisdictional officer.
