While registering the PAN : BZZPK0416k, The answer of Secret question and Password is not able to retrieve correctly. Actually I have given the secret question is What is your pet name and asnwer is Krishankumar. Similarly the Pass word I have given is Krishnakumar@123. Kindly help me to re-register with Incometax Department.While Iam trying to change the password using the PAN card details , The first name and Middle name of my father is asking. But in my PAN Application I have given only the the surname of father.
Please advice me
