When I try and register as a new user on the Govt website for eFiling of my IT return as an individual it asks for my PAN. On entry of the PAN it responds "PAN not in our datbase"
The same happens when I try with my wife's PAN. Both our PANs are correct.
Kindly advise how I can register and efile my IT return. Thank you Rajendra Kumar Chadha
