10 February 2014 in case of new company incorporation, whether the MOA and AOA should be as per new company act, 2013 or as per companies act, 1956?

10 February 2014 it should have a mention of following
"(THE COMPANIES ACT, 1956 AND THE COMPANIES ACT, 2013 TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE"
