Could you suggest me from where can i start searching for companies for articles how to contact them,i tried using icsi website for it and did not get a response moreover the email id's given on the website are invalid...thanks in advance!!

Keep checking ICSI journals for students. There you will find a list of new companies and List of practicing company secretaries registered with ICSI for imparting CS training. You can contact them directly for training etc.
You can also use social networking system to find out CS training. Please prepare a basic CS resume and post them in Caclubindia forum section. I am sure CCI members will help you as and when come across any CS training vacancy.
