09 February 2012 Hi,
My name is Vinay.
Qualification: B.Sc.(Maths), MCA, MBA(Part Time)
Query:I have 6+ yrs of experiance in Banking, Insurance And IT management Consulting. Currently working In Deloitte Consulting India Pvt. Ltd. as a Business analyts and Part of management consulting group. I m 30 yrs old and thinking of infact fully determined to pursue my career in Finace and Business management.
Could you please advise me about the best choice in CA, CS or ICWA. Career and money wise which one is better because i am confused about which to select. Different people have different opinion. My concern is that I know that I am a bit late to think about these courses but I really want to do it. Also at this age, it could be a risk to leave a well paid job and continue my career in these fields.Kindly advise.

19 February 2012 hi Vinay....lets evaluate one by one...
CA- its gud ....BUT it requires articleship which i don think u want to go after given ur qualification....so can be rejected

CS- gud but remember it deals largely in corporate law n more of a legal nature ....so when ur determined to b with finance it can be left alone....

CMA(India)-its again gud n deal with Finance area n ur work experience may fetch u exemptions in article ship....
so the answer is ICAI.....

now again CMA(India) Vs CIMA
CIMA can equally be good and u can complete it quickly as there is exemption for MBA guys .....evaluate between CIMA n CMA
