Compliances by NBFC Companies not accepting Public Deposits
Nature of Document Time Limit of Filing 1 Audited B/S, P/L, Dir. Report W/in 15 days of General Meeting 2 Monthly Return on important financial parameters of the company (NBFC having asset size of 100 Crores or above) W/in 7 days of next month. 3 Board resolution (that Co. have neither accepted public deposit nor would accept any public deposit during the year.) Within 30 days of commencement of each F/Y. (i.e before 30th April every year) 4 An annual statement of capital funds, risk asset ratio etc IN NBS-7 9 (If the Company is Systematically important non-deposit taking NBFC i.e. the Total Assets are more than 100 crores.) W/in 3 months from close of F/Y i.e (before 30th June every year) 5 Certificate from their Statutory Auditors (every year to the effect that they continue to undertake the business of NBFI requiring holding of COR under Section 45-IA of the RBI Act, 1934.) alongwith asset /Income pattern Before 30th June every year 6 Changes in address of Co./Directors/designation of principal officers/name & address of auditors/ specimen signatures of authorised signatories W/in 1 month of change 7 Annual Performance Report on functioning of foreign concern Within 30 days of expiry of statutory period of finalization of accounts of host country.
