Name not showing in d list of applications for verification

I have send d application for verification of my tax (paper-iv) answer book & i have also applied for certified copy too...
I have send the handwritten application along with a 100 rs draft but still my name is not there in the list..
I have send d document via speed post on 10-02-2011 & the status is delivered on 13-02-2011...
Pls pls pls pls help me..
Wat shud i do nw??????
